What homeowners pay

Homeowners do not pay MyBathMatch to submit a project request, have it reviewed or receive a match. There is no obligation to request an estimate or hire the company introduced.

What participating companies may pay

A participating company may pay MyBathMatch for an eligible lead or introduction. That payment is for the opportunity to discuss the project; it does not mean the homeowner has agreed to purchase services.

How a match is selected

Potential fit includes service area, project type, project scope, stated budget, timing, contractor availability and completion of our screening requirements. Because MyBathMatch works with participating companies, compensation and participation affect which companies are available for a match.

One introduction by default

We normally share a request with one selected company. If a homeowner expressly asks for multiple options, we may share the information with more than one screened participant after making that choice clear.

No ranking can guarantee the right contractor

MyBathMatch does not claim that a paying participant is the best contractor for every homeowner. The homeowner remains responsible for evaluating the company, proposal, credentials, contract and project terms before hiring.
