Accessibility Statement
MyBathMatch aims to make its information and project-request process usable by people with a wide range of abilities and technologies.
Our approach
We work toward clear headings, descriptive links, keyboard access, visible focus indicators, sufficient color contrast, readable text, responsive layouts, meaningful alternative text and form labels with understandable error messages. We also respect reduced-motion preferences.
Need help or another format?
If part of the site is difficult to use, email hello@mybathmatch.com. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device or assistive technology used. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review templates, navigation and forms as the site develops and prioritize barriers that prevent someone from requesting or understanding the service.
