What we are looking for
We want homeowners to reach a company suited to the project they described. Before activating a company, we plan to review business identity, service area, relevant experience, insurance information, public reputation, complaint signals and any license information applicable to the work.
- Verifiable legal business identity and local presence
- Active general liability insurance appropriate to the services offered
- Relevant bathroom remodeling experience and project examples
- Clear service ZIP codes, accepted project types and minimum project size
- Professional estimating and homeowner communication practices
- Agreement to honor homeowner contact preferences
- North Carolina license information when project value or scope requires it
This is a point-in-time screening process, not a warranty of workmanship, pricing, availability or future conduct.

By default, one company receives the request. Additional sharing requires the homeowner’s request and a new contact from us.
Commercial terms and expectations
Lead price, credit policy, exclusivity period and billing method will be documented before a company receives paid referrals. We do not promise a fixed number of opportunities, signed jobs or revenue. Companies remain responsible for estimates, contracts, permits, licensing, scheduling, warranties and customer service.
