Corrections Policy

We want readers and participating businesses to be able to report factual errors and understand how confirmed corrections are handled.

How to report a concern

Email hello@mybathmatch.com with the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong, the proposed correction and a reliable supporting source when available.

How we review it

We check the original source, relevant primary or official sources and the context of the statement. A disagreement in opinion is not automatically a factual error. Businesses may request correction of verifiable identity, licensing, service-area or policy information but may not purchase a favorable editorial conclusion.

How corrections appear

Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a note. A material factual correction will update the page and its review date; when useful to readers, we will add a short correction note explaining what changed. We do not silently rewrite material claims to hide an error.

Urgent safety or legal concerns

Clearly label time-sensitive concerns in the subject line. MyBathMatch is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
