MyBathMatch Terms of Use

1. What MyBathMatch is

MyBathMatch is an independent lead-generation and matching service. It is not a general contractor, remodeling contractor, architect, engineer, inspector, lender, insurer or employment agency. MyBathMatch does not estimate, contract, supervise, warrant or perform bathroom-remodeling work.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 and own the property or be authorized by its owner to make remodeling decisions. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to use the service only for a genuine project. Do not impersonate another person, submit a project without authorization or use the service to solicit, scrape, test or harass businesses.

3. Permission to share and contact

The required form consent authorizes MyBathMatch to share your submitted information with one participating remodeling company and authorizes that company to contact you by phone, text or email about the project. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Additional sharing requires the process described in the form and Privacy Policy.

4. No guaranteed match or result

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a company is available, that a company will contact you, that you will receive an estimate, or that any offered price, schedule or scope will meet your needs. Screening reduces certain risks but cannot guarantee conduct, workmanship, safety, legal compliance or project outcome.

5. Your relationship with a remodeling company

Any discussion, estimate, contract, payment, financing, warranty, dispute or work is directly between you and the remodeling company. You are responsible for evaluating the company, confirming current licensing when applicable, reviewing insurance, checking references, understanding permits, obtaining a detailed written contract and deciding whether to hire.

6. How the service is funded

Homeowners do not pay MyBathMatch to submit a request. Participating companies may pay MyBathMatch for an eligible introduction. Compensation and company participation affect which companies are available to receive a request. See How We Make Money.

7. Website information

Website content is general educational information, not legal, financial, engineering or project-specific advice. Cost ranges, timelines, rules and licensing requirements can change. Confirm material decisions with qualified professionals and official government sources.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The MyBathMatch name, original design and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal project research and request submission. You may not copy substantial content, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, automate abusive submissions or misrepresent an affiliation with MyBathMatch.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The website and matching service are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MyBathMatch does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, completeness, a successful match or contractor performance. To the extent permitted by law, MyBathMatch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from a contractor relationship or remodeling project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and termination

We may update the website, service area, process or these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. We may reject or stop processing a request that is outside scope, appears fraudulent, lacks required permission or violates these terms.
